Historic home's vast living areas were visually filled and functionally decorated within a tight budget using donated furniture, sourcing thrift shops, and estate sales in the area.

Prime real estate investment property sold in AS - IS conditions was successfully flipped in three weeks, and under budget, right on time to be leased for the upcoming holiday season.
